Honey Cinnamon Butter

You HAVE to try this recipe this weekend. It will level up your mealtimes! Try it on everything... roasted sweet potatoes, fried chicken, *ahem* Honey Buttermilk Biscuits :), and definitely cornbread and regular bread!
Honey Cinnamon Butter
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1. Beat butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add other ingredients, scraping down sides to thoroughly combine.
- 2. Taste to adjust salt or other flavors. Spoon into a ramekin or 4oz glass jar. This will keep (covered) on the counter up to 2 days, and longer in the refrigerator if sealed (bring to room temperature before serving).
